As an artist and doctor, I focus on connection and awareness in the art experience through mindful reflection.  

For nearly five decades, my professional journey has spanned multiple roles:  pioneering arts educator, author, art therapist, artist, and entrepreneur. I currently collaborate with docent programs to facilitate art and wellness initiatives that integrate mindfulness and creativity, fostering well-being both within and beyond the museum.

For almost forty years, I have integrated creativity and spirituality into my private psychology practice, shared my insights through my books, speaking engagements, university teaching and collaborations. My work continues to inspire and guide others on the path to creative and spiritual growth.
